Carlos Alazraqui "ACME Saturday Night" Host 8/29/09
LOS ANGELES – (Wednesday, August 26, 2009) – Carlos Alazraqui [Deputy James Garcia on “Reno 911!”] will host the online, comedy TV show “ACME Saturday Night” Saturday, August 29, 2009 at 8:00 p.m. PT on www.acmecomedy.com. The show is recorded live in front of a studio audience at ACME Comedy Theatre in Los Angeles.
Alazraqui’s appearance on “ACME Saturday Night” will mark his return to ACME Comedy Theatre, as he previously hosted “ACME This Week” in 2008. On the 29th, the comedic actor will appear in a variety of outrageous sketches alongside “ACME Saturday Night” cast members Jen Parker, Claudia Dolph, Ed Ackerman, Leif Gantvoort and Kirk Diedrich. Genghis Con-Job will perform as the show’s musical guest.
ACME Comedy Theatre is located at 135 N. La Brea Avenue in Los Angeles, CA 90036. Studio audience tickets are available at http://www.acmecomedy.com for $10.00. Tickets are $15.00 at the door the night of the show.
